How did you learn about UXSG?
I stumbled upon UXSG Meetup when I was looking for meetups to attend. As a tech founder and digital marketer, I am always looking to learn new skills and network.
What made you volunteer for the UXSG Conference this year?
Volunteering for the UXSG 2016 Conference was a natural progression to continue to learn and practice UX after graduating from GA’s UXDI course. I was interested to learn and understand how UX can dramatically change an event experience.
How has the journey been?
So far, it has been a positive learning experience. I enjoy the experience and I am grateful to be given the opportunity to contribute.
What are your personal quirks?
My idea of home is to switch on the air-conditioning, surf on my Macbook Pro, drink iced apple cider vinegar and munch on chips. Occasionally, I try to introduce something healthy like grapes and mangoes. Unfortunately, the healthy option doesn’t happen very often.
Is there any words of advice or quotes you live by?
The only way to learn and improve is to practise and be comfortable with failure.
