How did you learn about UXSG?
I volunteered for UXSG back in 2014 through recommendation from a couple of seniors. Back then, I didn’t have much idea on what UXSG is about.
What made you volunteer for the UXSG Conference this year?
It is all about experiencing the process and the event itself. Interacting and working with people from different industry in the volunteer team and listening to stories that the attendees have to share have value added me as a person. I would also like to use this chance to value add this beautiful community.
How has the journey been?
It has been a fantastic yet tumultuous experience for me since it is my first time collaborating with so many people at such vastly interconnected scale. I believe that through hands on experience like such, I will be able to grow as a person while at the same time, helping the community to grow.
What are your personal quirks?
Poor memory. I always wonder whether if I was a goldfish in my previous life.
Is there any words of advice or quotes you live by?
An advice from Raven, I try my best to live by it even though most of the time I find myself not be able to > “Under-promise, and over-deliver.”
